We’re excited to announce a new partnership with SOCi, a social media management platform, to provide our nearly 70 franchise and corporate-owned offices across the U.S. and Canada additional resources to elevate their businesses. Social media remains an influential tool, and as our company continues to grow we want all our locations to have the tools needed to succeed in driving awareness of their City Wide office. This partnership will be essential in simplifying workflows and streamlining marketing efforts.
The marketing software offers City Wide locations a central dashboard to monitor all their social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, in one convenient place. It has a user-friendly interface (and mobile app) that gives each owner access to tools for reputation management (reviews), online directory listings management, and more. Our goal is to assist franchise owners in securing inbound leads and monitoring positive reviews, ultimately enabling them to share their expertise and strengthen relationships with their local communities. With a stronger online reputation, more building owners and property management companies will be able find each location and learn about all the resources City Wide provides its clients.
SOCi was designed to assist “next-level” brands who facilitate locations across the country. The tool creates a centralized online center that enables each brand location to scale its digital presence to uphold a consistent reputation.
